Training & Placement Cell has been functioning since June 2007. Head of the Cell is Prof. N.N. Rao, former Executive Director (Projects, Training & Placement), Creative Marketing Consultants, an Organization at National Level just as ABC Consultants and Professor cum Director (Training & Placement) in Engineering & MBA Institute. In a short period of two months, two final year students-Manjusha ECE and K. Sravanthi ECE have been selected by Infosys and Wipro at CMPs conducted at Kodad and Bhadrachalam respectively in the months of June and July 2007. The performance of our students has been comparatively better than that of other colleges. Efforts are being made at full swing to see that campus placement by reputed companies/Organizations would be conducted at MITS in the coming months.

Infosys has been conducting State level Competitive Test for the Pre Final & Final Year Students of B. Tech and MCA. The test is comprised of Quiz, Paper Presentation and Distinguished Engineer Contest. Preliminary Examinations have been conducted at respective college level. Short listed candidates will participate in Zonal wise contest on August 13, 2007 at Swana Bharati Institute of Technology, Khammam. The Final selection will take place on August 17, 2007 at BV Raju Institute of Engineering & Technology, Narsapur, Medak District.
